Based north of the river, Luxe Balloons Perth was born during covid when Kelly was on stand down from her job of over 15 years, as a travel agent. Using her business acumen, sales and marketing skills, Kelly got busy creating and Luxe Balloons Perth is now over 4 years old and is thriving on new & repeat clients.

Luxe Balloons Perth began with the creation of the signature ‘Personalised Bubble Balloons’, which have become a staple for milestone birthdays, baby showers and thank you gifts. They have since expanded into the trending ‘Balloon Garlands’ scene and can now add balloon installations to their list of services.
