We highly encourage you to lock in your date with as much notice as possible. At least 1-2 months ahead is recommended as the balloon and event industry has exploded in the last few years! I think we have now learnt to live in the present and not take celebrations for granted.

We can be contacted through socials too, but enquiries via our website + email have priority.

Payment information will be emailed to you once dates and further details have been confirmed. Paying in full secures your booking. Alternatively for larger bookings, deposits can be arranged (at our discretion). However the balance must be paid prior to the event.

Please note, your booking is are not secured until either the agreed full payment or deposit has been paid.

For any last-minute bookings, we can take payment by Eftpos.

Pick up is available for helium balloons, signage packages & mini garlands, from Alkimos 6038. We will generally offer pick ups between 8 -10.30am and between 3.30-6pm, however we will be in contact with you to organise this. Pick ups outside these hours is by prior arrangement only.

DELIVERY FEE’S. Delivery ranges from $25-$100. This is subject to availability and generally for orders over $100. Outside business hours delivery is by prior arrangement only.

We can deliver to city addresses (hotels etc.) for $100, however they are usually left at concierge. It is your responsibility to liaise with the hotel staff, for in-room set up, prior to arrival if required.

We provide bags for all our helium arrangements, please leave the air con running in your car while collecting and transporting. Do not leave balloons in the car for more than 30 mins otherwise they will burst and or oxidise.

Once they are home or at your venue, please take out of the bag immediately.

We are often asked what we can and can't put on our personalised balloons. Here at LBP, we are all about personalised service and products.

I encourage my clients to think outside the box with the personalised text they put on their balloons and think beyond a generic Happy Birthday. It definitely has more of a wow factor when the recipient receives it and shows you have made an effort to personalise it.

Generally, people write what the celebration or occasion is and the recipient’s name. Browse through our socials for some inspo - our links are in the website footer below.

We cannot print licensed decals such as cartoons or sports teams for example due to copyright laws.

We can print simple logos for businesses with the logo emailed through in PNG and SVG., price on application.

In order to quote your garland, please complete the enquiry form on the Balloon Garland page with as much information as possible.

We can come back to “bump out" and dispose of the balloons for a set fee. Otherwise you are welcome to dismantle the balloons and keep them, or arrange for the venue to dispose of them for you. This will be finalised when we confirm your booking.

You will need to arrange with the venue for set up and pack down times and then we can discuss the details of set up/pack down of the balloons.If you are hiring any backdrops from other suppliers we will need to know delivery time in advance.

From 1 July 2022 penalties under the

Environmental Protection (Prohibited Plastics and

Balloons) Regulations 2018 apply to individuals for the release of a balloon inflated with gas that causes it to rise in the air.

Penalties apply to an adult if a child in their care releases a balloon inflated with gas that causes it to rise into the air.
