Invoices to be paid by the due date, which will secure your booking. See our FAQ’s for more info about securing your booking.

All cancellations are to be made in writing to hello@luxeballoonsperth.com.au. Cancellation fees are at the discretion of Luxe Balloons Perth based on the amount of preparation that has gone towards your order. Date changes are accepted but must be transferred to a mutually agreed upon date.

If there are bump in restrictions which affect your booking then you are possibly liable for extra set up time charges or worst case we cannot complete the job if we are back to back with booked jobs. Please ensure you have checked with the venue on access times.
Please ensure:
1) Access time has been confirmed by the venue or if residential someone is home to meet us.
2) Any third party backdrops you have hired and required for our setup are at the venue and installed at agreed time. We do not set up third party backdrops.
3) All access has been specified if exceptionally difficult, stairs, lifts, entry passwords etc

You agree to return all hired items within the specified time frame arranged at the time of booking. You agree to cover the full cost of any lost, stolen or damaged items within 48 hours of the event.

Any images used on our website were either taken by us, our clients or alternatively, have been approved by the owner for us to use on our site.
